Lead and deliver cost management commissions throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and support senior cost managers, cost managers, graduates and apprentices.
Ensure commissions are completed on time, within budget and to client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project team members.
Act as the primary interface for new and existing AECOM clients.
Represent the firm at networking events and business development opportunities.
Oversee training and development of reporting staff.

Chartered Quantity Surveyor status (RICS) or equivalent professional qualification.

Experience with healthcare, higher education and life‑science projects.
Ability to advise on cost, value and risk alongside design teams.
Strong IT proficiency with digital measurement, cost planning and tendering tools.
Excellent relationship‑building and issue‑resolution skills.
