Quality Management Systems Program Manager

Description

• Develop and execute a detailed ISO 9001-2015 implementation roadmap, including gap assessments, action plans, and certification milestones.
• Deploys and promotes a Culture of Process Approach, Continuous Improvement, and Ethical Behavior within the company.
• Get proper training and prepare the QMS to include the requirements of new version of ISO-9001-2026.
• Serve as primary liaison to the external certification body and manage external audit readiness.
• Establish a continuous-improvement culture, embedding CAPA and root-cause analysis into day-to-day operations.
• Lead internal audits, management reviews, and corrective-action tracking.
• Define and deploy document-control and record-retention systems company-wide.
• Draft and formalize core QMS documentation (Quality Manual, policies, process maps, SOPs, templates).
• Deliver company-wide training and communication on ISO9001-2015 requirements and process ownership.
• Coordinate with the Director of Quality and Quality Systems Lead to align supplier-quality and field-quality procedures within the new framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Industrial, or Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in manufacturing, EPC, or energy-infrastructure environments.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification (IRCA or equivalent)
• Experience working with process mapping and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Six Sigma Green / Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 integration.
• Experience with digital QMS or document-control platforms
• Proven track record guiding a business unit or company through first-time ISO 9001-2015 certification.
• Excellent project management, change management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• 8+ years of experience in quality management, including direct ISO 9001-2015 implementation and certification leadership.
• Exceptional written communication and training ability
• Deep understanding of quality documentation, internal auditing, corrective action processes, and management review processes.
