Design and implement automated workflows for database operations, including deployment and routine maintenance
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources
Work with Snowflake (preferred) to manage large datasets and performance tuning
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability of data systems
Collaborate across teams to identify data needs and improve processes
Monitor data consistency and integrity across multiple database platforms
Build and maintain robust database queries and interfaces
Perform complex data imports, cleansing, structuring, and exports across varied sources
Manage and support data transmission, synchronization, and consolidation between business systems
Support financial data processing activities with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Hands-on experience in data security, compliance, and capacity planning
Familiarity with Snowflake or willingness to learn
Strong communication skills for turning data into stories
Proven experience working directly with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) Expertise in Oracle and SQL Server database platforms.
Power BI / Power Query experience for reporting and dashboarding
Programming skills (e.g., VBA, scripting languages) are a strong asset
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving mindset
Previous experience handling financial data in a secure and controlled environment
Strong knowledge of stored procedures, views, triggers, and query performance optimization
