Tasks

-Reviewing monthly financial reports and ensuring management summary is submitted to the association Board of Directors. -Providing and/or overseeing recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired community appearance and operation. -Acting as or overseeing the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed. -Traveling to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, conduct walk-throughs, and attend community events as needed and per the management agreement. -Preparing annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for all homeowners and arrange bulk mailing of same within the time frames set by state statute or governing documents.

What You Bring

-Ability to work effectively with others in person and in group settings. -Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines. -Proficient in customer service and conflict resolution -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) -3+ years of experience in residential community management, working with HOA and BOD's highly desired. -Proficiency in typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.). -Ability to adapt and learn to new technology and software systems is required. -Ability to communicate effectively and professionally on phone, email, and in-person. -Valid Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) License
