  • Follow Inspection and Test Plans to carry out production and compliance testing and,
  • Conduct sampling of concrete samples onsite
  • Calibrate laboratory equipment as required.
  • Maintain, observe, and take part in the statutory safety requirements of the Laboratory operations
  • Conduct testing in accordance with laboratory work instructions, test methods, preparation instructions and manuals.
  • Maintenance of the laboratory in accordance with NATA accreditation requirements.

  • Knowledge or experience in Aggregates testing an advantage
  • An ability to cope with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience as a concrete field tester is desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems for monitoring and reporting of data (especially with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc).
  • Knowledge of Australian and Industry standards
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Current driver's license tool of trade vehicle provided
  • Experience within a construction-based trade is desirable
