Lead systematic migration of application data from domestic & international locations to centralized platforms such as Data Lake or Databricks, ensuring compliance with Adani Group’s IT architecture and data governance policies.
Engage with legal and compliance teams to address cross-border data transfer and residency issues.
Ensure customizations are documented, approved, and do not compromise system integrity or strategic alignment.
Obtain commercial offers from developers and lead the NFA (Need for Approval), PR (Purchase Request), and PO (Purchase Order) process.
Manage global rollouts, upgrades, and hotfixes, considering time zones, business calendars, and local regulations.
Work closely with third-party database management team and internal IT infrastructure teams throughout the application lifecycle to ensure performance, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders from diverse cultural and business backgrounds, gathering requirements and delivering solutions tailored to each market.
Engage with domestic and international vendors and partners for application roll-out, enhancements, compliance and support.
Ensure vendor deliverables, accountability and performance; manage day-to-day issue resolution post go-live and ensure SLA adherence throughout the application lifecycle.
Develop and execute user onboarding, training, and change management plans to maximize adoption and value realization.
Deliver localization & customization of applications, including multi-language support, regional compliance, and integration with local third-party services.
Lead the end-to-end Journey from design of the application to implementation, from requirements gathering to go-live, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Define and enforce customization boundaries across domestic and international marine entities, balancing local needs with the central macro view of the Marine business.
Provide comprehensive end user support for all current applications, ensuring high user satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Lead the end-to-end Architecture Review Board (ARB) process for all new applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT standards and marine business requirements.
