  • Providing guidance and supporting towards disseminating a continuous improvement mindset and culture at all levels, activities, and functions to promote behavioral change for continuous performance improvement at local level.
  • Leading a systematic fact-based approach to identify and evaluate opportunities for future improvement within the local organization.
  • Identifying and working to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives and overseeing cases of conflicting priorities.
  • Promoting and leading improvement programs and projects within your own area of responsibility, with a hands-on (Gemba) and problem-solving approach.

  • Leadership experience or background as a role mode with initiative in driving automation, tools and technology
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality, operational excellence, process improvements, implementing projects, etc.
  • Highly skilled in end to end process improvement, change management process and rolling new and best practices and the Energy Industry market
  • Critical thinking, analytical, organized, problem solver and inspire in influencing change into the organization, good communication
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
  • Extensive knowledge of End to end process improvements in Project business, manufacturing or service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SAP, as well as Black Belt certification, Microsoft Project Planning, Project Management, SQL
