- Contribute to the growth and strategic positioning of the company by identifying project opportunities, partnerships, and new market segments relevant to the core disciplines.
- Ensure the development of energy modelling services, environmental certifications, renewable energies (solar, geothermal, biomass), and commissioning at the national level.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and technical alignment of deliverables across teams and geographies.
- Develop and promote energy-efficiency services for existing buildings and new construction.
- Represent the company’s technical leadership at industry events, conferences, and professional networks.
- Define and maintain the company’s technical standards for the discipline and ensure their consistent application across all offices.
- Provide clear communication and guidance to staff on updated standards and best practices.

- Proven experience (15 years +) in the field of sustainable development, engineering, environment or consulting services.
- Availability for frequent travel to Halifax, Montréal, Toronto, as well as to other offices as required.
- Bilingualism French-English is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of environmental issues and ability to translate them into business strategies.
- Mobilizing leadership, with a proven ability to turn vision into concrete action through a multi-site structure.
- In-depth knowledge of environmental standards and certifications (LEED, WELL, Net Zero, BOMA BEST, etc.).
