- Organize products in the warehouse and maintain the shipping/receiving area.
- Manage vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and project support.
- Coordinate ETAs for deliveries and proactively flag any potential delays.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
- Make material runs for shortages on active job sites (local travel required).
- Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts to ensure accuracy for job site costing and material availability.
- Maintain complete documentation for regulated products and hazardous materials.
- Assist with building maintenance tasks such as snow removal, minor repairs, and cleaning.
- Load and unload deliveries to and from the assigned warehouse.

- Proven experience in warehouse operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and kneel
- Ability to lift, push/pull, and carry at least 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
- Ability to stand for at least 6 hours per day
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
