Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders across all levels.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (e.g. LIDAR, 3D Mapping, AI-based spatial analytics)
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in geospatial practices.

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
Understanding of geospatial data standards (e.g. FGDC, ISO) and safety/regulatory frameworks
Innovative mindset with ability to solve specific project requirements.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience with Geographic Information Systems and ESRI products.
Understanding construction software and tools and data that reside there.
5-10 years of Geospatial experience (working across multiple platforms, administration and solutioning)
Demonstrated experience communicating cross-functionally and across management levels
Experience supporting geospatial integration in nuclear, civil, or industrial sectors an asset.
Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies and how other enterprises are employing them to drive digital innovation, and how they may be applied to the enterprise to drive a digital business
Experience working in IS organization.
Experience with other data collection tools and software in this space (Bentley, LIDAR etc.)
Ability to manage collocated and remote teams
Proven ability to manage a technical team and sustain employee engagement
Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
