The Cost Manager role, based in London and the South East, will support the growing Cost Management team within the Utility, Energy and Infrastructure sectors. Reporting to the Cost Management Lead, the incumbent will integrate with existing and new clients, uphold high technical standards, and contribute to the digital ambitions of the business.
Key duties include fostering sustainable relationships across the organisation and with clients, leveraging tools such as Power‑BI, PRISM, Oracle and SAP, and delivering high‑quality client service. The role also involves supporting strategic initiatives, business development, project leadership, technical guidance, and mentoring junior staff.
Candidates should have proven experience with complex infrastructure projects, a degree in construction or finance, and strong commercial, quantity surveying or financial expertise. Proficiency with cost‑control methods, industry benchmarks, Earned Value Management, and an awareness of standard contract forms is essential, while VBA knowledge is advantageous.
