Minimum of 10+ years of experience in environmental compliance or energy/sustainability sector.
Master’s degree in environmental science or related discipline.
Ability to communicate technical knowledge across a wide range of audiences.

Strong knowledge of stormwater, waste management, environmental due diligence, sustainability, and EMS systems.
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, or related field.
Texas regulatory experience and strong relationships with TCEQ and local agencies.
Ability to develop training, outreach, and engagement programs for white- & blue-collar employees.
Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with permitting specifications, project schedules, and compliance systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel) and database experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Deep understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
Ability to work with regulators, executives, consultants, contractors, and inspection agencies.
Experience leading sustainability goals, managing projects, and supporting business environmental compliance.
Ability to manage multiple sustainability or environmental projects meeting set deadlines.
Highly organized with good attention to detail and able to work independently as well as an affective team member of the Safety Department.
Strong time management and follow through.
Minimum 5+ years of progressive professional experience in environmental compliance, sustainability, consulting, or related fields.
