Proficiency in tools like AEM, Workfront, Smartsheet, and Jira. Familiarity with APAC Style and in-house style guides.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced matrixed organization with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Experience using AI tool(s) such as Writer, Jasper, or Copilot for content creation.
Experience with web copywriting, SEO and keyword research.
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on messaging and content strategy.
15+ years experience in strategic messaging and marketing as well as B2B tech marketing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
Hands-on experience in creating value propositions and writing about industry topics, including cloud/SaaS, AI, Networking, and Colocation.
Critical thinking skills to review copy with an eye to brand, messaging, and guideline adherence, particularly with regard to AI-produced content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messaging across all marketing channels.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation—demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
