The Residential Service Plumber repairs, maintains, and troubleshoots plumbing systems in residential properties, diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members.
Candidates should have at least two years of residential indoor and outdoor plumbing experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and a willingness to work as part of a team. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, stand, kneel, bend for prolonged periods, work at heights, and handle tools in various weather conditions.
