Integrating advanced tech and processes to deliver smarter, faster construction and digital project solutions.
Supporting BIM-enabled project management workflows
You understand, analyze, and manage versions of construction documents and models on cloud platforms. You ensure teams always work with the latest information through tools like Bluebeam or PlanGrid.
Document and Model Management
Strengthening quality, accuracy, and consistency across project information
Managing and interpreting drawings, models, and specifications
You interpret specifications, create submittal logs, and assist project teams in tracking and managing submittals using project management platforms.
You check the quality of your work before client submissions. You document workflows for new scopes or tools and support team member training. You help create best practices and knowledge share across the team. You work independently, communicate clearly, and look for ways to optimize everyday tasks. You contribute to a strong team culture with a can-do attitude.
You use data visualization methods to track project metrics and indicators that reflect progress and quality.
You review design drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs to identify inconsistencies, incomplete information, or constructability issues.
You use BIM to identify spatial and sequencing conflicts between trades. You use Navisworks to detect inconsistencies and help resolve issues before they reach the field. You review models for completeness and constructability and apply automation wherever possible.
Identifying gaps or risks early and helping teams act on them
You track cost and scope changes that arise from updated drawings, RFIs, and model revisions. You prepare scope change reports that help teams validate cost impacts.
We are driving a deliberate shift in how construction is planned and delivered. Our goal is to increase predictability, improve efficiency, and make project delivery easier for everyone involved. This role is central to that mission. It supports project teams by turning data, models, and planning insights into dependable execution that strengthens confidence on the ground.
You identify potential RFIs early through drawing and model reviews. You interpret raised RFIs, mark impacted areas and help keep all stakeholders aligned.
You coordinate between drawings, models, cloud platforms, and project conversations. You support engineers and managers in reviewing updates, flagging risks, and organizing information. You help ensure that teams on the field receive complete, accurate work products that keep the project moving without delay.
