Key responsibilities include creating detailed training artifacts such as curricula, syllabi, lesson plans, job aids, lab guides, quick‑reference cards, and assessments mapped to task‑based learning objectives. The trainer will build scenario‑based practical exercises using realistic datasets to reinforce collection‑to‑analysis‑to‑production processes and analytic standards. They will also lead new‑user onboarding, role‑based advanced training, and sustainment sessions, measuring training outcomes and adoption rates.
KBR is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst Product Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for U.S. Government intelligence analysis applications and workflows. The role involves developing curriculum, hands‑on labs, and scenario‑based exercises that reflect real‑world intelligence tradecraft, collection management, and analytic production practices. The trainer will align instruction with IC standards, mission use‑cases, and enterprise governance while collaborating closely with product teams and mission stakeholders.
Basic qualifications require at least one year of professional intelligence analysis experience within the DoD/IC (or three years analysis plus one year formal training delivery) and a bachelor’s degree. Candidates must be able to support up to 10 % travel and work within secure facilities, including occasional surge periods.
Preferred qualifications include documented proficiency with common IC/DoD analysis tools such as link‑analysis platforms, geospatial exploitation tools, and data integration systems, as well as a professional instructional‑design certification or completion of a train‑the‑trainer program. Experience standing up training programs during system deployments or capability rollouts, and the ability to establish performance baselines and adoption metrics, are also valued. An active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.
