Must possess strong analytical, communication, administrative, research, and interpersonal skills.
2+ years of experience with compliance regulations for federal multi-family housing programs, such as but not limited to: Fair Housing, LIHTC, HUD Project Based Section 8, HUD Project Based and tenant vouchers.
2+ years of progressive compliance experience with Housing Assistance Payment vouchering systems.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Fluent in Spanish a plus.
2+ years of demonstrated and progressive compliance experience with Yardi software products.
Able to work efficiently with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
Proficient in standard information technology tools, including Office products.
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License in the state of residence.
