Leadership & Team Development: Maintain a strong, aligned leadership team; provide robust people leadership including hiring, resource management, performance management, professional development, and fostering an environment where staff feel valued and inspired to excel.
Business Development & Commercial Success: Support, oversee, or lead the development of responses to RFPs and commercial offerings; work closely with Growth and Service Line teams to create and capitalize on opportunities to sell ISC services and solutions, contributing to profitable growth for Arcadis.
Business Growth & Financial Performance: Ensure continued profitable growth by meeting annual financial targets and executing work profitably; identify and evaluate market opportunities in line with Arcadis strategy to expand ISC services and solutions.
Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate across the matrixed organization—including client account teams, Market Sector Leaders, Service Line Leaders, corporate services, and other Arcadis leaders throughout Canada—to drive company priorities such as GEC usage, MEPC, digital offerings, and sustainability.
Training, Quality, & Safety: Ensure all ISC staff receive appropriate technical, project management, health & safety, and client-specific training to deliver quality work safely; act as a visible steward of health and safety.

A track record of building functional and successful teams within a consulting organization, as well as experience leading client account teams and technical service offerings.
Digital EHS
Sustainable Operations, such as Rad Risk, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance and advisory, Industrial Hygiene, Air/Noise/Vibration Permitting & Compliance, and Mergers & Acquisition and Due Diligence advisory.
A solid understanding of Arcadis capabilities, strategy, and priorities, as well as the ability to own and drive company initiatives such as GEC usage, MEPC, digital products, and digitalization (including standardization and automation).
The ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization, handle sensitive personnel issues, and collaborate effectively with Business Unit Directors, Market Sector Leaders, and Solutions Directors to support business growth.
Strong communication skills - both oral and written - with a proactive style that demonstrates analytical thinking and the ability to deliver clear, persuasive messages.
