- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with 10+ years in oil & gas or industrial insulation
- Proven ability to deliver technical support and engage stakeholders effectively
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and ideally insulation design software
- Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and piping layouts
- Willing to travel across the MEA region as needed
- Strong expertise in insulation systems, performance calculations, and specification-driven environments
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
