Description

• Leading in solution development and preparing technical reports, and presentations
• Establishing and sustaining robust client relationships, encompassing business development activities and ongoing engagement throughout the delivery of projects
• Delivery of prominent and impactful water and wastewater projects across NSW, Australia, and internationally
• Applying technical expertise, project management, business development and client relationship skills in leading the delivery of proposals, investigations, and technical projects

Requirements

• Strong project management or design management experience, together with a willingness and ability to mentor and provide direction to junior staff
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, coupled with 12 or more years of experience that includes water and wastewater systems planning and hydraulic modelling
• Expert skills in water and wastewater systems planning and network modelling
• The ability to lead and/or work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team across the project lifecycle
• Strong client relationship skills, project management skills, and experience in preparing winning proposals
