Construction Project Manager

Description

• Represent the company during OAC meetings and provide comprehensive Project Status Reports.
• Design, manage, and update the project schedule in collaboration with team members.
• Supervise and manage the execution of a complete close-out process.
• Oversee purchasing on individual projects.
• Participate in the preconstruction process, including budgeting, scheduling, bids, and presentations.
• Respond to design team and consultants promptly.
• Provide field staff with necessary tools for project execution.
• Review the content of the Owner Agreement and provide feedback during contract negotiations.
• Ensure a timely and comprehensive Owner billing process.
• Analyze and evaluate PCO’s from subcontractors and vendors.
• Direct, train, supervise, and manage all Project Engineering functions.
• Manage day-to-day construction budget.
• Oversee subcontractor’s payment application process.
• Manage all subcontract and purchase order agreements from award to close-out.
• Examine Contract Documents for completeness and compliance.

Requirements

• Management level communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems and electronic invoicing.
• AP certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of BIM 360 Glue and Blue Beam editing software.
• 3-5 years of experience in high-rise luxury condo/mixed-use market segments.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management supporting $100 million+ high-rise construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management, construction, high-rise projects, and engineering.
• Experience with construction industry software, including Procore, Excel, Primavera P6, and more.
• BS in Construction Management or related engineering discipline.
