Accountable for all maintenance activities including preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment repairs and installations to ensure maximum uptime and productivity
Responsible for optimizing maintenance costs
Reviews operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate problems and to identify opportunities for improvement
Responsible for preventative, predictive and corrective plant equipment maintenance
Responsible for submitting Time Cards in a timely manner
Looks for ways to improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs
Responsible for preventative, predictive and corrective plant equipment maintenance Reviews operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate problems and to identify opportunities for improvement
Oversee special project construction or production addition
Responsible for managing, directing and controlling maintenance operations for an assigned region with using FIIX
Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, PM, compliance, schedule compliance, etc
Establishes and maintains preventative maintenance operating procedures and programs
Maintenance activities including preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment repairs and installations to ensure maximum uptime and productivity
Provides guidance, planning, administration and direction to maintenance employees and outside trade vendors Skills & Experience

Candidates must be able to work in a heavy industrial environment, exposed to weather elements, some noise; must have ability to work independently and problem-solve while working alone or as part of a team
