As an Cost Intelligence Manager, you’ll play a key role in providing cost consultancy and project support across all stages of construction projects from concept design through to completion. You’ll analyse and manage cost data, produce cost plans and reports, monitor industry trends, and deliver accurate estimates to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with company and client governance procedures.
  • Support the development of costing tools and dashboards.
  • Monitor industry and economic cost trends.
  • Analyse, validate, and manage cost data and cost intelligence databases.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues.
  • Prepare and deliver cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmark reports.
  • Contribute to innovation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.

  • Confident using MS Office (especially Excel) and cost estimating systems.
  • Degree qualified in Construction, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Around 3+ years of post-qualification experience in cost or project management.
  • RICS or equivalent qualification (or working towards).
