Exposure and familiarity with FDOT landscape design is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing for the purpose of conveying pertinent information and relevant details, ideas, and thoughts clearly and concisely, using both spoken and written language.
Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and remain structured, and well organized.
Florida registration as a Professional Landscape Architecture, or the ability to acquire registration within a year period.
Forward thinking approach to anticipate expanding client's needs to support existing and anticipated project needs.
Hands-on experience in master planning of parks, trails, and recreation is a plus.
