Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
