- Communiquer étroitement avec tous les intervenants pour s'assurer une optimisation du processus ;

- Préparer la zone de déchargement (signalisation, sécurité) ;
- Anticiper les livraisons et coordonner avec le planificateur chantier ;
- S’assurer que les délais de livraison prévus soient respectés conformément aux exigences du requérant ;

- Avoir un grand intérêt et une facilité d’apprentissage pour les logiciels et les processus d’affaires ;
- Posséder de 3 à 5 ans d'expériences pertinentes ;
- Transmettre et effectuer le suivi des réquisitions au département des achats ;
- Posséder un sens de la communication, une facilité à former et à transmettre ses idées ;
- Être autonome et rigoureux ;
- Une expérience équivalente pourra suppléer au diplôme ;
- Maîtriser la suite Office, (Excel avancé un atout) ;
- Acheminer quotidiennement les documents aux départements des payables ;
- Maîtriser la langue anglaise de niveau intermédiaire, car des communications avec des clients anglophones unilingues sont possibles ;
- Transmettre les informations liées à la réception aux responsables concernés afin de les informer de l’arrivée des matériaux et/ou services. Par la suite, les connaissements sont envoyés au responsable administratif du chantier pour leur enregistrement dans notre système de suivi.
- Collaborer à l’équipe achat ;
- Détenir une attestation d'études collégiales (A.E.C.) en approvisionnement.
- Posséder des connaissances sur le milieu de la construction (un atout).
- 4 semaines de vacances par année;
- Accès à la télémédecine 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7;
- Stockage sur site et mise en sécurité des matériaux (zone abritée, sécurisée) ;
- Réceptionner rapidement les matériaux tout en assurant leur traçabilité, conformité, et sécurité ;
- Un programme complet d’avantages sociaux (ex: assurances et REER cotisés par l’employeur, etc.);
