Tasks

-Achieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics to achieve revenue targets as set by management -Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (Microsoft Dynamics), including - scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call, and appointments set -Make a combination of 50-100 sales calls and e-mails per day to prospective clients -Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management -Schedule qualified appointments for City Wide's outside sales team

What You Bring

-Customer service-oriented and highly effective communication skills -High school diploma, college degree preferred but not necessary. -Highly organized, able to follow a systematic method and sales process -Detailed oriented and must be able to work independently -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) -1-2 years B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience prospecting and/or cold calling highly desirable -Prior experience using CRM systems
