- While we provide equipment and supplies to complete most work orders, you must maintain your own tool kit to complete work orders. Occasionally, you may need to use either a company-owned vehicle (or your own) to move about the property or to pick up supplies off-site. Therefore, you must have a valid driver’s license to be effective in this position.
- The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate. **To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday.
- We offer many benefits to meet your needs, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance options. The company provides auto-enrollment in its 401(k) plan after 60 days of employment. New employees accrue 40 vacation hours in the first year and earn paid sick leave per state requirements*.
