The Senior Executive Operations – Property and Asset Management role oversees the full suite of property management services at a site. The incumbent ensures smooth facility operations, drives efficiency through innovation and technology, and aligns activities with regulatory requirements and best practices. Reporting to the Property Manager, this position coordinates with site teams to complete major works and maintain the site’s look and feel. It also manages customer relationships and tracks open operational items.
Key duties include implementing an Integrated Management System, uniform SOPs, and new initiatives that improve service levels across all sites. The role is responsible for timely MIS submissions, email responses, occupant‑concern resolution, and circulation of meeting minutes. It supports JLL’s emerging business by sharing leads from site work and demonstrates the use of training tools for self‑development. Participation in JLL initiatives such as D&I, CSR, and Safety Week, as well as fostering a culture of appreciation, is also expected.
The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous, and skilled at managing people dynamics. A degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Marine Engineering (or equivalent) with 2‑3 years of experience in facilities, real estate, hotel, or construction is required; residential site experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities are essential. The role values people‑centric leadership and a keen eye for detail.
