Support business growth by identifying opportunities for new contracts or system upgrades
Conduct preventative maintenance and implement field modifications
Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, including working safely at height
Outdoor and indoor work across car parks, client sites, and workshops
Maintain accurate service records and complete all admin promptly
Escalate service issues when required and collaborate with internal support teams
Install, maintain, and repair our in-field systems, both hardware and software
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues both remotely and onsite

Occasional overnight travel and extended periods using laptops/devices
Recognised qualification in IT, electronics, or electrical engineering
Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
Experience in the parking industry is a bonusbut not essential
Confident troubleshooting electromechanical and electronic systems
Field experience installing, servicing, and repairing equipment (e.g. parking systems, self-service tech, gaming or vending machines)
Skilled in basic network/device configuration and computer setups
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure a smooth service experience
Strong customer communication skills with a professional approach
Regular work at height using ladders or towers
