PA/Project Support

Description

• Managing diaries, travel, and meeting arrangements for senior leaders
• Coordinating internal and external meetings, including minute-taking
• Providing cover for other PAs during short-term absences
• Maintaining accurate records and document management systems
• Preparing presentations, reports, and meeting packs
• Organising team events, away days, and social activities
• Supporting rota creation and liaising with departments
• Raising purchase requisitions and supporting recruitment processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in a PA or team support role
• Ability to produce professional documents and presentations
• Previous experience in construction or commercial sectors
• Experience using SAP (raising requisitions, goods receipting)
• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong administrative and secretarial skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience managing complex diaries and travel arrangements
• Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
• Familiarity with project management processes
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Highly organised, methodical, and able to prioritise effectively
