- Participate in standby emergency coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Report unusual property, coworker, or resident conditions promptly.
- Wear required uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
- Secure storage areas and ensure adequate lighting at all times.
- Assist with custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
- Read and follow handwritten or printed work orders and complete related reports.
- Safely lift and carry up to 50 lb, move appliances with a hand truck, and use hand and power tools.
- Ascend/descend ladders unassisted and access all areas of the property in various conditions.
