  • Lead, coach, and inspire your service team to deliver top performance.
  • Ensure service requests are completed quickly and professionally, with clear communication to residents.
  • Manage the make-ready process, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency response.
  • Oversee all maintenance operations to ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.
  • Partner with your Community Manager to manage budgets, vendors, and capital projects.
  • Maintain curb appeal, building systems, and common areas to GoldOller’s high standards.

  • Ability to lead a team with professionalism, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and refurbishing.
  • Proficiency with RealPage products (OneSite, Ops Technology) a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and your own tools.
  • EPA Certification required; HVAC and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
  • 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience (supervisory experience preferred).
