The Manager, Cyber & Device Security is a 12‑month, maximum‑term contract within Iota’s Product Team, reporting to the Product Director. The role oversees product development, solution architecture and customer delivery, ensuring the cybersecurity of Iota’s products throughout their lifecycle, especially for water authority deployments.
Key accountabilities include leading cybersecurity initiatives, managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating with vendors, overseeing communication strategies, and maintaining control over risk, schedules and budgets for the security program.
Candidates must have proven experience delivering complex cybersecurity programs, a strong grasp of threat landscapes, and expertise in security architecture. They should be familiar with frameworks such as NIST, SOC2, IEC62443, OWASP and Essential 8, able to engage cross‑functional teams, manage vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, apply DevSecOps, support incident response and conduct vulnerability assessments, while also planning roadmaps, business cases and program governance.
