
The role is responsible for monitoring and managing project costs, analyzing budget variances, and implementing strategies to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints. These tasks will include cost planning and estimating, advising on procurement strategies, value engineering, tender documents review, analysis, negotiations and recommendations, Contract reviews, interim valuations and payment certificates, variations analysis, recommendations and management (contractors / consultants), costs analysis with PMC and cost consultants. Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
