2 years of progressive residential property management experience. Charleston market experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred but not required.
Strong background in: driving revenue through leasing operations, vendor contract management, budget management, and compliance with SC housing laws and fair housing guidelines.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Track record of onboarding, training, and coaching both office and maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence.
Proficiency with property management software, Yardi preferred.
Demonstrated success in leasing, mentoring, and developing onsite teams.
CAM, CPM or other designation preferred.
