Senior Civil Design Engineer

• Mentor junior team members
• Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders as necessary;
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment;
• Produce, review and check designs in accordance with relevant design standards and codes;
• Ensure successful delivery of projects;
• Provide civil engineering design service to clients as necessary;
• Prepare project briefs, scopes of work and fees;
• Deliver design calculations, reports and drawings under limited supervision;

• Excellent communication and report writing skills;
• Road design in accordance with Austroads and best practice. Geometric design and pavement engineering;
• A self-motivated, technically competent individual able to work independently but also comfortable in a team environment;
• Ideally minimum 5 years post-graduate engineering consultancy experience;
• Engineering degree in civil engineering;
• Familiarity and/or experience with our preferred software packages: DRAINS, MUSIC, Autocad and Autotrack,
• 12d experience is highly desired

Based in Wollongong with the opportunity for hybrid working, you will be given the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of concept and detailed civil design and documentation on a diverse range of projects, whilst taking responsibility for your projects expanding your portfolio
