The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager by overseeing daily branch activities, transactions, and operational standards, fostering a positive environment and delivering first‑class customer service to retain clients. A college degree is preferred but not mandatory; the position is safety‑sensitive with local travel under 10 % and physical demands such as prolonged standing and lifting up to 23 kg.
