- Partner with the Social Media team on timing, format, and performance optimization.
- Incorporate motion graphics and other modern visual elements into content.
- Film and edit short interviews, project walk-throughs, and behind-the-scenes explainers.
- Tailor content for specific audiences and platforms .
- Collaborate closely with Media Relations, PA Studio, Social Media , and Executive Communications to ensure alignment with brand messaging and project goals.
- Maintain and contribute to a content calendar that drives agency-wide storytelling.
- Produce short-form (30–90 second) content that highlights press moments, agency milestones, and public events.
- Take a proactive role in editorial planning by pitching content aligned with agency priorities, developing new video series, and identifying story opportunities before they trend.

- Strong technical production skills, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere and mobile video tools.
