* Auditing claims data for accuracy (pricing, stock, customer details, approvals)
* Supporting reporting and improvement initiatives across the team
* Ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
* Communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent recurrence
* Coordinating credit and warranty claims through our internal portal
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to admin tasks
* Confidence using Excel and other systems to manage data
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
* Great communication skills — written and verbal
* Experience in a high-volume admin, finance support, or customer service role is helpful but not essential
