The Maintenance Technician is tasked with general maintenance and keeping both interior and exterior common areas clean and well‑maintained. This role supports the overall appearance and functionality of the property through routine custodial work and basic repairs.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and preferably at least one year of maintenance or related experience. General knowledge of skilled trades such as basic carpentry, drywall, and make‑ready processes is valued, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The position requires physical abilities such as walking, standing, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lb, and operating various maintenance tools. Work is performed on‑site, often outdoors and in potentially hazardous areas, requiring compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
