Participates in preparing re-designs as required by the project team
Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
Provide as built/monitoring reports to nominated document management portal as soon as practicable
Establish the project set out and updates records to reflect contract requirements
Actions all reasonable requests from the Alliance Survey Manager/Senior Site Management in a timely manner
Assists in the inter-relationship between the various trades and ensures that subcontractor’s works are completed as requested in a timely manner
Calibrates and maintains Survey Equipment to required manufacturer standards.
Prepare & deliver project status reports and change orders in accordance with specific timeframes
Ensures non-conformances are reported to the Alliance Survey Manager/Senior Site Management for their guidance and direction
Implements ACCIONA Survey Procedures during the course of the survey works for the project duration

Understanding of point cloud capture, registration and extraction or a willingness to learn
Becomes familiar with current knowledge of the latest plant, equipment, materials, and construction techniques
12D (Model, Field, and Synergy) experience desirable
Correctly interprets specifications, plans and digital models
Tertiary Qualification in relevant discipline
5+ years’ experience within a project surveying role on a major project in civil or rail infrastructure
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role
Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 Suite specifically Excel
Current Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle
