  • Build trusted, long-term partnership with a key client.
  • Attend client meetings across the UK — typically 1–2 days per week of travel.
  • Support technical teams on-site and ensure compliance with BS5839 and relevant standards.
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs, resolve issues quickly, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Own the full lifecycle of major service contracts — from mobilisation to delivery and renewals.
  • Oversee planning, service, and operations to ensure consistent performance and profitability.
