Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and ensure exceptional quality of work.
Expert knowledge of structural design principles, standards, and codes.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design for heavy concrete structures.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
