Deliver both theoretical and practical training sessions using a blended learning approach.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and delivery methods.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, awarding body standards, and internal policies.
Attend team meetings, CPD sessions, and standardisation events.
Keep technical knowledge and industry standards up to date through ongoing CPD.

Experience in delivering training and assessments within the energy or utilities sector. (Desirable)
Single / Dual Fuel (Power and Gas) Qualification or
Organised, detail-oriented, and confident in maintaining accurate records.
Gas Qualification holding minimum CMA3 & MET1
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and support learners throughout their training journey.
