Vendor Coordination: Manage and schedule vendors for on-site work, complete check-in/out forms, and ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
Budget & Financial Oversight: Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, and manage vendor invoices to ensure financial compliance.
Communication & Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between project teams, vendors, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Monday.com to align with overall project objectives.
Proposal & Documentation: Create project proposals, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Purchasing & Orders: Process purchase orders through digital systems, ensuring adherence to company policies and budget constraints.
Project Request Management: Track new project requests, communicate with requestors, and perform initial assessments to define scope, timeline, and resource needs.
