- Provide support to client services, including answering client calls and offering technical support to clients and employees.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, inventory, supplies, etc.
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate branch operations to achieve organizational goals.
- Plan and participate in annual inventory activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives and increase revenue.

- Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with Master employees and suppliers based in our offices in Ontario, Western Canada and Maritimes, and interactions in French with suppliers and employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa.
- Excellent skills in planning, organization, and time management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to support convictions with sound reasoning.
- Good interpersonal relationships and ability to work as a team player.
- 5 years experience or more in the HVAC-R industry (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)
