Management of US PMA team
Collaboration - Ensure strong collaboration and cooperation with US leadership team from other accounting business leaders including shared service center (BSO) and fund accounting (IA&R). Partner closely with functional partners including People (HR), technology, and finance.
Continue to drive alignment to strategy with PMA executive team comprised of PMA Client Account leader, BSO operations leader and BSO transformation leader.
Ensure delivery teams are prepared for growth and onboarding of new business through implementation of forecasting and pipeline management tools.
Work with BSO team to ensure proper recruit, develop, retain strategies in place with client facing professionals.
Ensure consistent pricing and service scoping methodology used to improve margin performance of the business
Serve as the partner to the BSO leadership team, focused on further advancing the relationship model, including finance, governance and metrics.
P&L accountability for PMA cost center, with a budget of $50M annually; as well as PMA Accounting Only business, a revenue generating profit center.
Elevate sales approach to ensure clients recognize value-add accounting activities to drive revenue and margins.

Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
Proven ability to shape the opinions of, and negotiate with, other senior leaders and parties; establish collaborative relationships across the business and with external organizations of divergent interests.
Strong leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
Talent management including goal-setting, coaching, mentoring and performance management.
CPA desired.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 15+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Demonstrated ability to apply mastery knowledge of function or major operational segment as well as business and commercial expertise to differentiate the company from the competition and drive performance.
