Reporting to our Chief People Officer you’ll play a key role in developing and leading Spencer Ogden’s training programs, and deliver impactful results.

  • Develop strong knowledge of every consultant in EMEA's performance and development to be able to share in weekly Talent Huddle
  • Conduct training analysis across the business and work with key stakeholders to create a positive impact on performance
  • Conduct "on desk" training and coaching support for consultants throughout their first year
  • Deliver training academies to entry-level and experienced recruitment consultants across our business in line with Global strategy.
  • Facilitate Monthly People Meetings with HRBP and Sales Leader, coaching and advising Sales Leaders on their team's performance development
  • Train consultants on internal systems, corporate compliance, and recruitment strategies.

  • Comfortable communicating with colleagues at all levels, across global offices
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a positive mental attitude and commercial, growth driven mindset
  • Confident using tools like Solar, Ring Central, Recruiter Insider
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Prior experience in recruitment, either on the sales side or in a learning & development function
  • Able to build strong internal relationships with leaders and key stakeholders across all 3 regions
