Plan, track, and deliver cyclic and reactive highway maintenance programmes for Area 12.
Contributing to the development and management of the cyclic maintenance programme for Area 12, to include working with the operational and commercial teams, developing a programme that is safe, efficient, effective and includes profiled resourcing requirements
Coordinating within the wider Planning Team to integrate with the reactive maintenance programme.
Developing and improving working practices and seeking innovative solutions.
Ensuring high standards of programming and road space booking are carried out to meet client and contract requirements
Tracking progress, incorporating changes and forecasting delivery dates.
Engaging with the Client and other key stakeholders through regular communications including weekly / monthly planning meetings and other forums.
Overseeing works orders ensuring correct closure, documentation, and feedback on asset condition. Rescheduling works to meet contract deadlines.
Liaising between client and internal teams during the planning and delivery stages. Chairing internal daily calls to understand performance and reasons for non-completion of works.
Preparing periodic reports, statistics, and answers to enquiries concerning the programme
